Bah! Where is an American to go? Sure, there are a few places one could tolerate, but you can hardly build a life there.

Unless you’re thinking of Sicily or Paraguay.

There’s a rather infamous politician (Umberto Bossi?) that wanted to use the Italian Navy to shoot illegal immigrants in the Mediterranean. Then try thinking about living with the constant racial tension against Romanian, gypsies, etc. Or the far-right politicians in Austria. The BNP, Vlaams Belang. Burkas banned in France. Minarets banned in Switzerland. Etc, etc.
