Why not turn the Astrodome into Museum for Hurricane Katrina? One of the sites that was closely associated with the aftermath of the disaster. We need a reminder of one of the greatest disasters in United States History. Only equaled by the 1900 Galveston Hurricane and the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake.

Make sure Katrina doesn’t recede completely from memory, and learn the lessons from it. Namely, that the Posse Comitatus Act needs to be heavily modified or repealed.
