Ugh…reading resumes is so much fun. Hey, you’ve got 20 years of experience and you still have your college GPA on your resume? 3.5? Awesome…you were a B student!

You would not believe the conflicting advice out there about resumes. I’ve got a bunch, all redesigned by people who “see resumes all the time”.

Make it a standard layout/format, but make it stand out. Keep it short, but put in your experience - and don’t forget the proofs for your claims.
