I detest Pompeo and Bolton with the fire of a thousand suns, but would bombs-away Bolton actually stand idly by while China invades Taiwan or Putin invades Ukraine or Kim invades South Korea? It’s more likely we will end up in some devastating conflict that ends the world. Or are Pompeo and Bolton owned by Russia and it’s only Iran that they want to attack?

A fight with China over Taiwan will result in a couple of carrier sinkings among other things. How we will respond to that will determine a lot of stuff. Trump will respond by deciding that Taiwan isn’t worth it, along with Japan, South Korea, and that entire part of the world.
