There’s a circle of derp - Trump spews lies, Fox reports lies as truth. Trump spews Fox quoting Trump’s lies as truth.

Alternatively, Fox starts spewing agitprop, Trump repeats, and Fox then repeats Trump’s spewing their agitprop.
