Yep. I used to suffer from all of those, in that order. I solved most of the fear problem by becoming a shut in for the most part. I still find that being around human beings starts the cycle all over again.

The nice thing about the internet is I can shut it off when I find my fear, depression and anger being triggered. It’s much easier to step away form the bar in cyberspace.
