The stats are from the Washington Post, per the bottom of the comment.

The distinction worth drawing is that OF PEOPLE THAT VOTED, 13% were under the age of 30.

This is different than saying only 13% of people under the age of 30 voted.

Actually, that’s not what I said, it was a slip in the second comment. The original was, “Only 12% of voters in this election were under 30 yrs of age.”
