I sometimes wonder if we should look, rather, at who is more responsible for causing the crimes referred to? While the proverbial “buck stops” at the president’s desk, in that administration there is good reason to believe that the vast majority of things we argue about to this day came out of the Vice President’s office instead of the Presidents. He had about as much input into his presidency as Reagan did in his later years as he became increasingly Alzheimer’s addled. (Thank God Gorby could lead him by the nose…)
