Around the world there exists Transplanetary Undersea Tunnels that are large enough for submarines to pass through. One of these passages begins off the coast of California and ends up in the desert beneath China Lake. This is a highly advanced Deep State Secret Space Program facility where UFO and advanced weaponry is produced. Testimony from Secret Space Program Whistleblower William Tompkins and Emery Smith @emerysmith33 can confirm this.

One possible scenario for the earthquakes are that Earth Alliance members have destroyed Deep State facilities beneath the ground or that secret weapons testing has gone wrong.

Either way, significant damage has been done to this enormous underground base that is very famous in UFOlogy.
