Ever saw that heart-breaking Nova episode about the crashed B-29 they found in the ice in Greenland. Uncovered it, thawed it, restored it and someone left a heater on in the plane. Burned. Total loss.

I was just thinking about that the other day. Darryl Greenamyer and his guys, rescuing the Kee Bird. They had a can of gasoline that fell over, hit the hot APU, and boom, major fire. Damn shame, especially considering that one of his best guys died while they were getting that thing ready to fly again (basically from overwork).
