Trying to sleep with it on is an entire different story!

A small tidbit you might find useful. I stuff up when using mine, or at least I did for the first month of using it. I did some research, and now every night I put a few drops of peppermint extract into the reservoir with the water. I’ve not been stuffed up while using it since then - for about four or five years, now.
