Oh I had the good fortune to see the tour Iron Maiden did when Bruce got back in the band after doing his side project the lineup was: Rob Halford, Queensryche, Iron Maiden.

Oh geez. Queensryche. I was super into those guys in the late 80’s and early 90’s but after one of their guitarists left the band I stopped following them. I’d hear things here and there and wonder what the fuck happened because they were practically a different band. Turns out it was a massive case of Lead Singer Disease — the vocalist got his wife installed as manager, brought in his own outside writers, etc. They finally fired that guy, hired the guy who’d been singing in Crimson Glory, and put out some new music last year. I liked it.
