It was a matter approved by the voters. He doesn’t get to veto it if it were legislation. Not sure what can be done though since I am not familiar with this. LaPage is a pathetic bigoted asshole though.

There’s no way he can veto it. It was enacted into law through a properly conducted election referendum.

LePage will stomp his feet and refuse to follow the law. He will be sued by those who have standing to act to get him to comply, and LePage will lose.

His inability to follow the law is indicative of the GOP in general. He’s not for law and order. He wants people to follow his laws and his orders.
