Does the Sham-Wow guy remind anyone of Obama?

Sham-Wow guy drives me nuts. Why the hell is he wearing the micorphone? Dont’ they have any sound people on the set with him? Or am I supposed to think that I’m at a Fair listening to his pitch…….
