I had chest pains once, went to the doc… they hooked me up to a gazillion machines and the diagnosis was that I had a viral infection in my heart muscle which made it swell up.

It was a simple little thing; I apologized to the doctor for wasting his time. He said, “Are you nuts!?!? You did absolutely the right thing by coming in! Don’t mess around with chest pain.”
