Euthanasia won’t be mandatory, silly.
You’ll just wish you were dead, after languishing with no treatment.

And that is the way I want to go - my heart just seize up, blow a gasket, whatever you wanna call it, and let me be dead before my face hits the floor. I have this fear that my CHF just gets worse and worse and I spend months lying in a bed somewhere, gasping for air.
