Nah, the Cartels have been fighting the outright war against the Mexican government. The US should stay out of it, so that the Mexican Government could honestly say that they are just doing an internal clean-up, with no American presence that could mess with that in any way. However, there isn’t anything wrong with arming the government well.

My concern is that key information on the drones could fall into unfriendly hands due to corruption in Mexico. I’m entirely willing to deploy drones in a support capacity, but I want them controlled by Americans. They would not, however, hit anything south of the border without Mexican approval.
