This is a pretty clear case of defamation — Beck didn’t even try to use words like “alleged,” he went all in and stated the guy was a terrorist, outright. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Beck settle out of court.

Maybe this will be a wake up call for the rest of these fucking morons.
