Well, that took a while longer than I thought it would. Liquid cooling is now installed and, besides being much more quiet, CPU temp is now at ambient temp. Installing the thing required taking the whole bloody works apart and as long as it was in pieces I took the time to clean every last nook and cranny, reseat the RAM, video cards, and all of the connectors.
