Oh please. Obama himself derides the Second Amendment at least every other week. He criticized Bush for Executive Signing Memos on statutes, and does it so much himself that his own party criticizes him for the practice. So, it isn’t just “talking about it”, Obama, his AG and others in his Administration actually do unconstitutional things. Don’t even get me started on the contract clause and what has been done in the name of ‘stimulus’. The hypocrisy is in raising a DISCUSSION the last administration had and getting your knickers in a knot over it. At least Bush said no.
