Florida Democrats fought very hard against this crook. The race was very close in the end and Alex Sink was the Florida CFO! So really a conservative Democrat.

On one hand, Democrats are generally outnumbered by Republicans in this state. On the other hand, we’ve had more Democrat governors than Republicans if you look at Florida’s history. But I think in today’s climate (read Tea Party) it’s hard to elect a Democrat. Look at how long serving Ron Klein lost his seat to the other disgusting creep, Allen West.

The governor’s ratings are still in the toilet and I think the idiots who thought this was a good idea are having buyer’s remorse. Unfortunately, we all suffer.

Yeah, I can’t begrudge the state Dems in your state for running a bad candidate. I think it’s stupid when people vote simply against a party rather than looking at actual candidates.
