By ‘not meant’ I mean it is fucking illegal! Isn’t that a good reason? Personally, I don’t think any type of animal is a great thing to consume, but I don’t want to get into a vegetarian vs. meat-eater debate. The main reason I find this offensive is because cats are domestic animals in our country and as a general rule, we don’t consume our pets. I realize that other countries and people do not have such taboos. Cats have been domesticated for many years and have learned to trust humans to a certain extent. I wonder how he catches them - by tricking them into thinking he is nice? This is not acceptable in my book. Others may not like cats as much as me and have no problem with it, but I find this offensive on many levels.
