Totally not going to work. trump has no good will to collect. He’s burned every bit of “political capitol” he never really had to start off with. Playing everything to a base of 27% of republicans means that the rest of us will not give him the respect he craves. And at this point, I wouldn’t even if he managed to fuck up and accidentally do something right.
