As I wrote in previous threads, I’m positive that the Trump campaign, or Trump himself at the very least, was counting on “evening the playing field” by trying to get the competition infected through the debates. And while you could argue that he’s too much an idiot to be that sophisticated, Pink-Eye certainly isn’t.

I agree. They’re definitely evil enough for a plan like this.
