Assuming they are the same weight, have similar aerodynamic resistance, and fall the same distance, I believe Galileo’s principles would apply and they would hit the ocean at the same time. IOW, win-win…

I don’t think weight is relevant unless one of them is lighter than air. It’s shape that’s going to make a difference.
