The “reformed” group of which that woman is warning is Albert Mohler and his allies and underlings. They are the ones who are the “Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood”.

This may be why Mohler jumped on the dump-Patterson bandwagon, after the fact.

Amy’s one of my buddies in dealing with church child abuse (so pleased to see her Tweet here). And Alexis’ comment is right on the money.

As some of you know, I have been picketing the local Sovereign Grace church for the last 2 months over this. I also spent my own time and money to go to Louisville (home base for Al Mohler and CJ Mahaney) and picketed “Together for the Gospel 2018” in April. At that time, Mickey Connolly, one of the honchos of Sovereign Grace, came out and told me there would be no independent investigation. (This guy looked like a Boston Mafia enforcer.)

Oh, and the “complementarianismc preached bu these guys is just cloaked patriarchy. As far as I am concerned, the SBC is harmful for anyone who isn’t an adult white male.
