Thats just not accurate. The company I work for (as well as many of our competitors) have a very stringent, tightly enforced Best Practices guidlines over and above the dictates we’re under from the FCC, SEC, et al .

The company you work for isn’t taking place in the free market. And if it were, and those best practices diminished its competitive fitness, they’d go away or the company would go out of business.
