The 3 triggers are 7%, 13%, and 20%.
7% is a 15 minute suspension, unless it happens in last 35 minutes of the trading day.
13% is another 15 minute suspension, unless it happens in last 35 minutes of the trading day.

20% is closure for the day.

Trump going on at 3:30 to do a presser is all about market manipulation at this point, and it’s transparently so.

Didn’t know the thing about the last 35 minutes. What’s the logic behind that?
