I very much doubt the ruling will be overturned, just because Roberts seems pretty sick of Trump’s shit and wouldn’t go for it. My fear is that it only takes four Justices to hear the case, which would slow things down and possibly delay a final ruling until after the election. I can definitely see Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Alito, Thomas going that route.

And I could totally see them going that route, figuring that the ruling won’t really matter either way.
