“Rape culture” sounds like something that exists in parts of Asia (like say Saudi Arabia or Afghanistan) and Africa, but you’d have to be paranoid to think it exists here.

I beg to differ with you, specifically due to the proliferation of so-called “men’s rights” groups in the United States. They almost outright state that 90% of sexual assault/rape incidents occur due to women who were “asking for it”.
