When I first started biking, a little over a year ago, I had trouble doing just a couple of miles. I kept with it, and it got much easier. I did a 38 mile trip last weekend with my bike club, and that was on roads, with lots of hills (I ride flat trails when I go solo.)

Keep up with it! It will get better.
