Got into an argument with a friend of mine and he’s defending Musk’s behavior by stating this:

I think something has snapped in Musk’s head, probably due to the stress caused by his obsessive driven nature and the projects going on not quite performing as well as he thought they would. He’s probably trying to self-medicate. What he will need to do it take a rest and then learn to delegate, as painful as it might be, or he’s going to end up hurting himself, possibly fatally.
