However, in order of scariness:

2. Vashta Nerada

4. The clockwork dudes from Girl in the Fireplace

(Daleks are somewhere down below the rhinoceros dudes, whose name I can’t remember.)

The Rhino dudes were cool, but for sheer creepiness, the Master’s army of floating heads from the end of time were right up there.

I miss the latest Master.
