Details of Sherrod's Suit Against Breitbart

This isn’t some minor law firm involved on behalf of Ms. Sherrod. She’s represented by Kirkland and Ellis, which is the 7th largest law firm in the world, and they aren’t exactly going to take the case unless they considered the punitive damages element to be significant - ie in the millions or 10s of millions of dollars.

Note too that Breitbart will focus on the fact that the firm leans strong Democratic in their PAC monies/contributions. That doesn’t diminish her case in the slightest, and would suggest that they’re going to be even more zealous in defending Sherrod’s rights against Breitbart’s smears and hatchet job videos.

So in other words he’s gonna go running to whatever incredibly expensive incredibly well known conservative leaning firm he can find, and hopefully cost himself/whoever would donate to him a lot of money in legal fees when he looses?
