The word may be British, but the americans have completely taken it over and made it their own.

The stuff that passes for sandwiches here, for the most part, are terrifying. Yes, even Cheddar and branston pickle.

There are places to find a good sandwich with branston pickles. Of course, the ones I know are Irish establishments in or near Chicago. But you’d like them.
