I am sure to get little respect for my position on this, but I have very little interest in reading the proposed bill. I oppose it on its face.

The United States government must not be usurping private enterprise, whether it be banks, cars, insurance companies or what have you.

The US government can provide rules and regulations to insure a fair playing field. Beyond that it simply becomes the epitamy of a trust system that was supposedly busted by T.R. a long time ago.

The Feds intentions are to simply provide competition to private enterprise?

Sure, sure, sure…

Go ahead folks, debate the detail - and prepare yourself to eat the final product.
