Short-sighted, knee-jerk move.

I still say Due Flipping Process.
Have the Ethics Investigation and follow the procedures.
Suit the punishment to the severity of the offense, the frequency of the offense, and the consequences to the victims of the offense.

As an old woman myself, I’ll say it again: blind, unilateral ‘zero tolerance’ isn’t going to fix this deep-rooted societal problem, but it WILL hand more power to the bastards who will go out of their way to make things worse.
