Not only the biggest tax hike in state history, but it’s all “trickling down” like a golden shower onto the heads of those least able to afford higher taxes. The rich made out like bandits, and after Sam found he could cut no more because the courts refuse to bend to his will, he had to relent and allow the legislature to fuck the poor over without any lube.

I cannot find in me any sympathy for the people of Kansas.
