I rarely see Ron Paul! stickers here in Texas, but there’s a guy in my town that still has his 4’ x 8’ “Ron Paul for President 2008” sign up (he owns a bed and breakfast). Guy’s a kook and a crank.

I have yet to see one in Western WA, but then I am overwhelmed with the dearth of Obama signage 6 months in.
