I absolutely do agree, but I think $400K is astronomical if that figure is accurate. $80-100K seems more sensible.

I love this work. I could do it full time if I didn’t have to feed myself and pay a mortgage, etc. It’s incredibly rewarding and humbling, but you’re right. It’s very hard.

Much like teaching, it’s a calling. All those high salaries attract people who don’t have the calling.
