I don’t understand the issue of the curly light bulbs. Every 60-watt equivalent that you install saves you, like, 16 bucks. I don’t generally walk out of the house, throw $16 on the ground and say “I’m a rebel!”. I’m sure my neighbors would appreciate it, but it’s still rock dumb.

so if it saves a continent I’ll buy a couple…but what do you do with the mercury in them?
