Well I have doubts about the CIA briefings just cause Panetta - with no background in intelligence work - is in charge of it.
As for the State Department, I wonder if Hillary actually understands the situation well enough to explain it to President Obama.
Either way, as some wag put it upthread, he’ll probably just vote present anyway.

Which mean’s Panetta is only a “smart” as his briefers in the CIA. He doesn’t know what questions to ask to find out how the data is being filtered when it gets to him.

HRC and staff couldn’t verify the translation on a gag gift to the Russians. She completely at the mercy of the apparatchiks at foggy bottom.

Both places need a firm hand, that can reign in the respective organizations.
