This new provision is not about labor, payments labor is already supposed to be reported on a 1099 for more than 600 dollars paid out for services, this new provision is for goods, if you purchase more than 600 dollars in good from a vendor in your everyday business expenses.

Got it. Does it still exclude Inc? Didn’t say in the Yahoo article. That would certainly help. I’m trying to think of a supplier who isn’t incorporated? (1/2 cup so far, no where near enough)
