I think it’s possible but McCullough’s actions to release all this evidence may also be a way to thwart any attempt by MO to indict via a second state grand jury. If that’s all the evidence, then he’s going to saying that no matter what other grand jury sees this, they will come to the same conclusion.

And that’s even if he’s removed or recused.
