My little man is a black lab and looked exactly like Russkilitlover’s avatar when he was a baby. Unfortunately he is suffering from arthritis as a result of f-ing Lyme disease. It sucks when you see a dog that used to clear a 4 foot high fence become lame.

Yes, JD has hip problems. We had an operation done when he was younger that helped, but he is having troubles jumping now too. Our vet told us to give him glucosomine and aspirin daily. He is almost 10 now but still loves the long walks. He brings me his leash when he wants to go.
