Pfizer to Pay $14.5M to Settle Marketing Charges

BOSTON (AP) — A federal prosecutor says the drugmaker Pfizer Inc. has agreed to pay the government $14.5 million to settle charges it illegally marketed its drug for a condition called an overactive bladder.

Nope. Corporations still aren’t considered people. Now if I stand out on the street corner selling lemonade without a license and claiming it cured an overactive bladder I’d end up paying a huge fin AND going to jail.
