I usually refer to dumb stuff as “the second stupidest thing I’ve ever read on the internet,” because if you wait a few minutes, you can usually find something stupider.

I stand corrected.

There was a cartoon the wingnuts were spamming around after 9/11 that showed a bunch of passengers pointing guns at the hijackers, who were saying, “Relax, we just want to help open some boxes!” with the caption: “What would have happened on 9/11 if this were truly the land of the free.”

Don’t feel like Googling it right now, but it is so full of FAIL. Bunch of guns in a pressurized cabin, what could possibly go wrong?
