Time is running out for the resigning on medical grounds IMO. Maybe this behavior is probably a setup to resigning, but I don’t think it’s in Trump’s DNA to leave such an office under those means….

I don’t think he’d set it up. But McConnell might. (There’s another I really really want to see in jail, but I digress.) Trump would bargain with St Peter, but when push comes to shove he’ll take survival; he might even take a place in history but that would mean getting impeached and convicted, and I don’t think he’d survive that.

This is all speculation. Charles is likely right — it’s worse than we can imagine. And it WILL come out.
