Can you get someone with experience in this kind of mess? It isn’t right for an employer to put you in danger as a result of that report. That is negligence IMO.

Someone screwed up. The plan was to fire him and walk him out the door, no discussion. But his boss confronted him with the data in a one on one meeting on Monday morning. He’d know only I could have found that data. So he got out of that call, then called me to tell me he’s in love with me. Every warning bell I possess went off before I even knew about the previous meeting.

My boss is LIVID. White-hot rage livid.
