Believe we will respectfully disagree on this one. What IS Certainly True is that Ms. Kagan is the choice of a lawfully Elected President of the US to be the Next Associate Justice of the SCOTUS. So far as I can see,the ONLY reason to reject her nomination IS Political. Political Differences should NEVER be the reason to reject an otherwise Qualified Nominee. Ms. Kagan IS such a Nominee, as WAS Ms. Sotomayor, as WAS Mrs. Ginsburg, just to use Female Justices as an example. I did NOT like “Borking” when the subject was Bork. I Like it NO MORE now. Ms. Kagan, absent obvious scandals, of which, so far, I have seen NONE, deserves to be the Next Associate Justice of the SCOTUS. That is all.
